Tablets to support physiological gastric function in dogs. In a healthy dog, gastric mucosa is physiologically stimulated by many elements to produce gastric juices that are essential for digestion, but also mucus to protect against high acidity. If physical or chemical stimuli alter this delicate balance, gastric structure and function can be compromised and gastritis will occur. In addition to parasites and ingestion of foreign bodies, gastritis can develop in many cases: • poor quality diet, commercial or with food waste • excess food • drugs (e.g. antibiotics and NSAIDs) • presence of bacteria (Helicobacter) and/or viruses • kidney and/or liver disease • intestinal dysbiosis • pancreatitis • acute and chronic stress (stress hormones increase gastric acidity and motility) • intense sporting activity • cancers • prolonged fasting

Prickly pear, Ginger, Liquorice (Glicirriza glabra), Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita), Glycerol tributyrate (microencapsulated), Tindalised Lactobacilli (L. rhamnosus, L. reuteri)

Recommended daily quantity: 1 tablet per 10 kg once a day or split before main meals
