Terms of sale and delivery

General information
When purchasing via Nextmune Shop, an agreement is entered into with:

The following conditions apply when an agreement on purchase is entered into between Nextmune and the customer. For all third parties affected by the agreement, all consumer protection laws and specific terms apply to relevant third parties.

Delivery

We deliver within {X-X} working days. The week before Christmas and upcoming major holidays, you can expect longer delivery times than our usual {X-X} working days.

Please note that in some situations we deliver your products in several packages.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that these will be delivered at the same time by the carrier to your address.

Your payment is made in a secure encrypted connection, so that your payment information is not available to unauthorized users. Your payment is secured via Stripe’s payment system. All credit card information is entered in a secure environment that is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and transmitted in encrypted form to PBS. We guarantee that we do not store sensitive information on our own server. Nextmune cannot see any of this information at any time and we only have the right to deduct the payment amount from your credit card when the goods are sent from our physical inventory.

Returns

When you shop at Nextmune, you always have a {XX-day} right of exchange and withdrawal from the time you receive the product. From the day you notify us that you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, you have an additional {XX-days} to return the item. The product must not be used and returned in its original packaging together with all instructions, warranty documents and accessories. If this is not met, the item will not be refundable.

As a customer, you have full responsibility for the return and shipping fee.

We do not accept shipments by cash on delivery.
When the return has been received by us, we will process your case within 5-10 working days and contact you with any questions.

Repayment usually takes place within a couple of working days, but can take up to 10 working days depending on which bank you have.

When you shop at Nextmune, you as a consumer have a {xx-month} guarantee on all goods.
Please note that the warranty on products with a limited shelf life is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the product in question.

Complaint

If you have received a defective item or if you are missing an item, contact us within 14 days. We will rectify the misunderstanding as soon as possible.

Your expenses related to the return of the package, will be refunded directly to you.
