Collection of special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot monitor whether a visitor is over the age of 16. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved with the online activities of their children to prevent the collection of personal information from children without parental consent.

Automated decision – making

We will also keep your personal data for the period in which we deem it relevant to keep your information with regards to our services and our business relationship. The above mentioned periods apply unless Nextmune is statutorily obligated to retain personal data for a longer period.
Use of the secure section of the site
If you are an employee or a customer of Nextmune, you may receive a username and password to log into the secure section of the website (artuvet.nl). As a user, you are responsible for the careful guarding of the username and password.
We assume that anyone who logs in with a username and password has the authority to do so. If you suspect that your password is known to unauthorised persons, you are obliged to inform Nextmune of this as soon as possible so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We will not share any personal data with third parties other than when statutorily required, at your specific request , or with processing parties who, for instance, carry out certain tasks commissioned by Nextmune (such as the email marketing tool Mailchimp, hosting providers , and IT administrators).
Cookies or similar techniques that we use
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

To ensure that the request is submitted by you personally, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identification together with the request. On the copy, blacken out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the series of numbers at the bottom of yo ur passport) and your Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect and guarantee your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but no longer than four weeks following your request.
