Care Tips:
How to bathe your pet:
- Wet the coat with luke warm water
- Apply the shampoo along the back of the animal
- Rub into the coat and lather
- Leave for at least 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly
- Towel dry - do not use a hairdyer
- Brush the coat and leave to air dry

How to apply a non-rinse foam to your pet:
- Shake the bottle
- Fill the palm of the hand
- Apply the foam directly onto the coat
- Massage through the fur
- Remove any dirt with a towel
- Leave to air dry

How to apply a Spot-On:
- Break the top of the pipette
- Part the coat at the back of the neck or in-between the shoulder blades
- Apply directly onto the skin in 1 or 2 spots
- For animals with a thick coat, brush the coat the day after application
- Do not bathe the animal for 2 days before or after application
- Do not massage into the skin - the bio-diffusion agent ensures the product will spread to the entire body
- No known interactions with any other form of spot-on

How to apply an ear cleaner:
- It is best to clean the ears in the kitchen, utility room or outdoors to ensure no product or exudate gets onto soft furnishings
- The ear cleaning solution should be at room temperature. You may want to warm the bottle in your hands for a few minutes to avoid cold liquid causing discomfort upon application
- Hold your pet in a comfortable position in front or next to you. It may be easier with 2 people
- Lift up the ear flap and tilt the head slightly
- Gently squirt the cleansing solution into the ear canal to fill the ear with solution
- Pull the ear flap down and gently massage the base of the ear for 30 seconds - 1 minute
- Using a cotton wool pad or ball, gently wipe the inside of the ear pinna and the ear canal to remove exudate and excess liquid. Do not use a cotton bud as this can damage the ear.
- Let your pet shake their head
- Reward your pet with a tasty treat
